Total Dermatology is what we offer. As Dermatologists, our goal is to resolve your concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care possible. This includes providing every patient with:

Your Office Visit
| Appointments: | Patients
are seen by appointment. Our regular office hours are from 9:00 AM
to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and on Tuesdays until 7:00 PM,
and Saturdays by appointment only. We make every effort to honor all
of our time commitments and ask that you do the same for us. Please
provide us with at least 48 hours advanced notice for any appointment

| Telephone Calls and Questions: | We encourage you to call with any questions you may have concerning your health care problems. The medical staff is trained to answer most calls but will forward to Dr. Pilest any calls requiring his personal attention. |
| Emergencies: | In the event of an emergency, the answering service will promptly forward your call to Dr. Pilest or the doctor on call, who will respond as quickly as possible. If your call is not a medical emergency, please contact us during normal office hours: |

| Prescription Refills: | Prescription refills are handled during office hours when we have full access to your medical records. Refills are not routinely filled on holidays, weekends, or if you have not been seen by this office for more then six months. |
